AAAHHHH.....
It's 12:40 p.m. in Nanjing and Bob and I are sitting in a hotel room...We flew into Jiangsu Province this morning. We take a train at 1:30 to travel to the notary office and meet Ben at 2:00!!!! Then he is in our care! We are SO anxious...I could barely eat lunch. The time is going painfully slow. We are so excited and filled with emotion!!!

We're about to experience something amazing. The waiting is a killer. So many emotions - excitement and some nervousness - as I think about what life will be like three hours from now, what Ben will be like now and in the future, and how his transition might go.
I type this knowing that Ben is now with you guys. Praying he transitions well. What a special day for all of you.

Brad and I are thinking of you too. Right now, at 6:15 PM on Monday the 8th, you probably are just getting up and going to breakfast on Tuesday morning with him. I can't wait to see pictures of you as a happy family!
